We had the privilege of spraying another beautiful Ereasy Hempcrete home and guest house in Alderson, West Virginia recently! This home was built by the amazing team at Seven Rivers Design Build led by the dude Clay Condon. Clay is another secret hempster who lives in a schoolhouse that he retrofitted with hempcrete back in 2018 and he has also built another hempcrete home for his business partners parents.

Americhanvre was hired in as a subcontractor to Seven Rivers Design Build on this project and also provided building grade hemp hurd for the project. We sourced the binder for this project from our friends Hempitecture. The walls are a stunning ten feet high and are now sprayed in with eleven and a half inches of Ereasy Hempcrete! Heating for the home will be delivered primarily through the concrete slab via a geothermal radiant heat system. A modest footprint and simple, elegant design details like the sloped window reveals and timber frame elements really made this project sing!
